So it's been a while

By 11:19 ,

It's been a while and I've missed you.

I firstly have to apologise for the long gap since my last blog post but hopefully this one will make up for it I have a lot to fit in so I had better get going!
So, everyone I imagine has been super busy enjoying the sunshine and getting their vitamin D and perhaps relaxing and reading some magazines. This week we have some new photos of the baby Princess which were released and are splashed across newspapers and all forms of media. Princess Charlotte and Prince George of Cambridge sharing a hug - very sweet!

Also, we have gone past the 800th anniversary of the Magna Carta. Started by King John and still relevant to human rights today. The beginning of democracy and surprisingly exciting for Americans. Their Supreme Court justices said how crucial Magna Carta is to American law, and we can trace our constitution rights back to Magna Carta. Exciting times people!

So after looking at what we missed let's have a look at what's coming up. Firstly we have the Buxton Festival, a combination of music, literature and finally we have the opera series. I have officially booked to go and see Helen Castor speak about the martyred Joan Of Arc. There are some really incredible people coming to do some fascinating talks so if you have a chance to go and catch a short hour long talk then definitely take it. From Queen Victoria to Helen Macdonald talking about her bestseller "H is for Hawk".

Just a quick catch up post,

Have a wonderful week,
